Many a times we want to fine dine, many a times we are short on cash! For those times we have Onesta, a restaurant nestled in cozy nooks of the city like 4th Block, Koramangala; CMH Road, Indiranagar; New BEL Road and JP Nagar this cute dining hub has a lot to offer than one would think. Starting from pizzas (priced averagely 140 -170 rupees for a 6” pizza) to smoothies and coolers to Lasagnas to a range of starters like bruschettas, fries and other “short eats” along with their latest addition i.e. Raviolis. What made me fall in love with the place was their food-gasmic range of desserts!

Love At First Bite!

While on a Sunday brunch plan with friends, with a low budget I came across Onesta in 4th Block, Koramangala and it was definitely love at first bite! We started off with 4 pizzas – Bacon & Tomato, Cream Roasted Chicken, Farmhouse Special and Tomato & Mushrooms. While we found the Cream Roasted Chicken pizza to be a little bland for our palates the other three created a tsunami of flavours in our mouths. While we gorged on our pizzas we washed them down with their iced teas. While some might find their Iced Teas to be a little bitter they can opt for, and we recommend, their Virgin Mojito which is a perfect fit for the terrible summer we have been having in the city. We concluded our meal with desserts. We ordered the Cappuccino Mousse, Berry Blast Cheese Mousse and the Dark Chocolate & Peanuts Mousse.  My favourite among the three was the Cappuccino Mousse with its smooth, rich and creamy texture perfected with the sweet-bitter flavour of coffee.

Of course true love pulled me back multiple times and I got to try out the Minced Chicken Lasagne and the Fresh Lime Basil Fizz which is every bit as refreshing as it sounds!

With 4 pizzas, three desserts and three tall drinks of iced teas one could imagine the price to be enough to make us weep but the surprise element was it all cost 1000-1500 rupees, which came on average 500 per person. Their desserts cost 35-50 rupees and the rest of the menu never seems to cross 170-200 rupees (For A LA CARTE item) and they have a buffet for 350 (VEGETARIANS) & 450 (NON-VEGETARIANS).

A place that feels like home!

One of the best parts of the whole Onesta experience is the feel attached to the restaurant. Each outlet is decorated with wooden furniture and plants. They have successfully brought the fine dining meets casual brunch theme and made it a space worthy of all the love it already gets! Also what is commendable is the staff which is friendly and prompt. We were served on time and with a warm and welcoming smile.

This place is perfect for birthday treats for those with hungry wolves for friends or the perpetually low budgeted guys who want to make a great first impression on dates or anyone who wants good food, great ambience at even better deals.
